| Using the NICNET connectivity, various departments update periodical data on the web-based application. All departments are utilizing email services. Services are extended using LAN with Internet facilities comprising LAN nodes connecting Commissioner and Collector’s office has been established. |
| Land Record Computerisation |
| With the help of the software prepared by NIC, the database of record of Khasra/B1 for the whole district kept and copy of this record is being generated with the help of this system and being distributed to the public. |
| Training to Government Employees |
| Regular training programmes are organizes for the officers and staff of the District Administration. It has helped a lot in executing many computerized activities in the district. |
| E-Governance Initiatives |
| District administration monitors the implementation of various projects in different locations of the district under e-governance plan. Computer infrastructure is being provided in all offices. |

| District Court Computer Centre has been established with the help of NIC.
District Court Information System (DCIS) has been implemented facilitating the generation
of daily cause list. Apart from this payroll package is successfully implemented in the
district court, which has complete database of officers and thus generate pay-slips and
other schedules like GPF statements, GIS, House rent recovery, income tax etc. |

| A database of rural sector on different parameters has been created which is updated on monthly basis. Reports are being generated for district administration to improve the citizen centric services and keep track of the status of different facilities |
| Agmarknet |
| Agmarknet has been made operational in Krishi Upaj Mandi samiti Ujjain and also in selected blocks. The Agmarknet portal is updated on daily basis from these mandies. |
| Samadhan Online |
| Samadhan Online was started by CM,Madhya Pradesh to redress the grievances of a common man through VC.Using this complaint is sent with the help of District Collector, where CM listens ad redresses the grievances. |
