Jan Seva Prahari (People’s Service Sentinel) — An initiative by Ujjain District Administration. It is a network of trained volunteers who provide rapid assistance during accidents (Golden Hour).
Beneficiary (Eligible Persons / Volunteers)
- Age: 18 to 60 years.
- Nationality: Indian citizens.
- Area: Primarily for Ujjain district, but open for awareness and support at the national level.
- Eligibility: No specific educational qualification required. Only willingness and commitment are needed.
- Role: Provide first aid at accident scenes, inform 108/112, help shift victims to hospitals, assist in eDAR registration, etc.
Note: Anyone ready to save lives can become a beneficiary (as a volunteer).
Benefits (Advantages)
