The 21 lakh diyas will be lighted as part of the ‘Shiv Jyoti Arpanam Mahotsava’ on the occasion of Mahashivratri on 18th february 2023 at Kshipra coast and with this Ujjain will enter again in the Guinness Book of World Records.
